How to add a Dropbox link to a PDF as an External Links

You can link to externally hosted PDFs (like on Dropbox) using the External Links block. This is useful when you want to link to a document without uploading it to ReelCrafter.

Prefer to upload your PDF directly? Use the File Attachments block instead. It lets recipients download files directly from your reel without leaving the page.

How to link to a Dropbox PDF

Go to Reel Settings → Personal Information and add a new External Link.

For the link to work correctly:

1. URL must start with https:// or http://
2. URL must end in .pdf (delete any extra characters like ?dl=0)
3. Dropbox link access must be set to "Anyone with link"
