Text block: Add a custom message or additional info
The text editor lets you add formatted text to your reel. The toolbar gives you control over headings, styling, alignment, and more—and the editor background reflects your reel’s theme settings, so you can see how your text will look against your actual background.

Formatting Options
Headings
Use H1 for large headings and H2 for smaller subheadings. These are useful for section titles or your name at the top of a text block.
Text Styling
B — Bold
I — Italic
U — Underline
X¹ — Superscript (useful for trademark symbols, footnotes, etc.)
Alignment
The four alignment buttons let you align your text left, center, right, or justified.
Lists
Create bulleted or numbered lists for itemized content.
Other Tools
— — Horizontal rule (adds a dividing line)
” — Block quote
🔗 — Insert a link
</> — Edit code directly
[Eraser] — Clear formatting (removes all styling from selected text)
Editing HTML Code Directly
If you’re comfortable with code, click the </> button to open the code editor. This lets you fine-tune your formatting or paste in HTML from another source.
Click Commit changes to apply your edits, or Cancel to discard them.
Note: The text block does not support iframes or scripts. Please use the iFrame block for approved iFrame code.

Tip: This is handy for adding custom inline styles, non-breaking spaces, or troubleshooting formatting that isn’t behaving as expected.
Tips
Use the preview: The editor shows your reel’s actual background, text color, and link color, so you can check contrast and readability while you type.
Keep it simple: Minimal formatting often looks more polished. A heading plus a short paragraph usually reads better than lots of competing styles.
Use the clear formatting button if your text is picking up unwanted styling—especially when pasting from another source.
