Audio Quick Share Links

Quick Share lets you send a streaming link for a single audio track without building a reel. It's the fastest way to share audio when you don't need custom branding or detailed analytics.

  1. Open your Audio library
  2. Find the track you want to share
  3. Click the three-dot menu on the track
  4. Select Share

A link is created automatically. Copy it and send it to whoever needs to hear the track.

The link stays active until you delete it or delete the track.

You can create multiple quick share links for the same track. Since each link has its own open count, creating one link per person lets you track who's listening.

To create another link or view existing ones, open the Share dialog again from the three-dot menu. You'll see a table with:

  • Existing URL: The link itself, with a copy button
  • Created: When the link was created
  • Opens: How many times the link has been opened

Click Create new link to generate another link for the same track.Deleting a link

Click the trash icon next to any link to delete it. Anyone who has that link will no longer be able to access the track. This cannot be undone.

Limitations

Quick Share is designed for speed and simplicity. If you need more control, use a reel instead.

  • Open counts only: Quick Share links show how many times they've been opened, but no other details. Reels and playlists offer more: Starter plans see location and device info, and Professional plans get full analytics including play duration and listening behavior.
  • ReelCrafter branding: The playback page uses ReelCrafter's design. You can't customize colors, logos, or branding. For your own branding, create a reel.
  • Single tracks only: Each quick share link is for one track. To share multiple tracks together, create a playlist or reel.

Common questions

Can I see who opened my quick share link?

Not directly. Quick Share only shows open counts. However, if you create a separate link for each person, you can track opens per recipient. For more detailed analytics like location, device, and listening behavior, create a reel or playlist instead.

Do quick share links expire?

No. Links stay active until you delete them or delete the track itself.

Can I share a video with quick share?

No. Quick Share is only for audio tracks. To share video, create a reel with a Video block.

What's the difference between quick share and a playlist?

Quick Share is for a single track with minimal setup. Playlists let you share multiple tracks together with more tracking options.
