v2.5 Highlights

v2.5 is all about working faster, finding things instantly, and seeing clearer analytics.

A better Dashboard

For users on the Basic or Professional plans with access to analytics, the Dashboard is now more powerful—and a lot friendlier.

    • Streamlined events. View events* in a side panel per session. No more scrolling through one long dashboard feed. 
    • Structured drill-down. Reels → Share Links → Sessions → Events*. Expand each level to see reels with recent activity, then session details (time, location, activity count*), and finally the full event list.
    • Human-friendly timestamps (e.g., 24 minutes ago) with color cues; green marks activity in the last 24 hours.
    • Focused view (Professional). Turn on Hide sessions with no activity to show only sessions with engagement.
    • Embedded player activity. Filter the dashboard chart by 7 / 30 / 90 days or a custom range within 90 days.

*  Event counts and detailed event analytics are part of Advanced Analytics available on the Professional plan.

Work faster

  • Create from anywhere. Start a new reel with the ＋ in the global navigation in the top-right from any page.
  • Copy & paste blocks/playlists (Professional). Reuse content fast. Copy a block or an individual playlist, then paste it in the same reel or into another reel.

  • Reel thumbnails (New!). Thumbnails generate automatically when you save/publish. If any reels currently in view are missing thumbnails, a Generate thumbnails button appears so you can create them in one go.
  • New library views. Switch between List and Grid across libraries:
    • Reels & Audio: now include Grid view for quick visual scanning.
    • Videos & Images: now include List view so you can see more at once.

Find anything (Global Search)

Search from anywhere. Open a search with the Globe + Magnifying Glass icon in the global navigation in the top-right of every page.

Search reels, tracks, images, videos, share link names, tags, or even paste a share‑link URL to jump straight to its reel. Results are grouped by type so you can zero in fast.

Organize smarter

  • Smart Folders (Professional). Auto-group items by keywords and tags in each library. It’s like saved searches that update themselves. Items can appear in multiple folders (no items are moved). 
  • Default “All” Smart Folders. Each library includes a built-in view that shows all items: All Reels, All Tracks, All Images, and All Videos. This built‑in “All” folder is available on all plans. 
  • Video & Image detail pages. Open any video or image detail page to rename, tag, download, or see where it’s used.
  • Revamped bulk audio tag & metadata (Professional) editors. Edit multiple tracks at once. Copy/paste metadata and add/remove tags in one pass. 

Share links, simplified

  • New Share Link accordion layout on the Reel Detail page with tabs for URLs, Security, Downloads, QR Code, and Tracking. Now you can check settings across multiple share links at once, without opening and closing pop-ups. 

Snippet Editor updates

  • Keyboard shortcuts for faster editing (see panel). Common actions include: Play/Pause, Mark in (I), Mark out (O), set start [ and end ], and Delete/Backspace to clear.
  • New sort options in the Snippet Library: Region start time, Creation time (newest first), or Name.

Reel detail metrics (across all share links)

Users with Basic and Advanced Analytics will now see more detailed engagement for a single reel across all of its Share Links on the Reel Detail page.

  • Date filters: quick ranges for 7 / 30 / 90 days, plus a custom range.
  • Hourly view: when you filter to a single day, the chart switches to hour‑by‑hour sessions—useful for spotting send‑time patterns.
  • What’s shown:  Sessions aggregated across every Share Link for that reel.
