If you live in a region that provides data portability rights, you can request an export of the personal data we hold about you.

How to Request Your Data

Email us at support@reelcrafter.com with the subject line “Data Portability Request.”

Include the email address associated with your ReelCrafter account. We may ask you to verify your identity before we begin.

What You'll Receive

We will export everything we can, including your account information and any data that belongs to you.

Important Limitations

ReelCrafter is a custom-built platform. Your exported data may not be compatible with other services, and we cannot guarantee importability into third-party tools.

We cannot export our internal systems, proprietary structures, data that belongs to others, or anything not considered personal data under applicable law.

Format & Timing

Data is typically provided in a structured, machine-readable format (such as JSON or CSV).

Requests are usually completed within 30 days. We will email you when your export is ready.

Does This Affect My Account?

No. Requesting your data does not cancel your account or delete anything.
