What browsers does ReelCrafter support?

ReelCrafter works best in modern, up-to-date browsers. We recommend using the latest version of:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Older browsers or browsers with JavaScript disabled may not display reels correctly or may have limited functionality.

For reel creators

The Reel Builder and dashboard work best on desktops or laptops. While you can access ReelCrafter on tablets and phones, the full editing experience is designed for larger screens.

For reel recipients

Your shared reels are fully responsive and work on any modern browser, including mobile devices. Recipients don't need a ReelCrafter account to view your reels.

Known limitations

  • Internet Explorer is not supported
  • Some ad blockers or privacy extensions may interfere with the app's functionality
  • Corporate firewalls may block embedded content from external services (YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, etc.)
