Review selection across folders

When selecting items in your Audio, Video, Image, or Files library, you can select items from multiple folders and then review everything you've selected in one place.

This is useful when you want to:

• Move items from several folders into a new folder
• Apply tags to items scattered across your library
• Play tracks from different folders as a single queue
• Delete items from multiple locations at once

How it works

1. Select one or more items in a folder using the checkboxes
2. Navigate to a different folder
3. Select more items there
4. Notice the selection count in the header updates to include all your selections
5. Click the list icon next to the selection count (or hover to see "Review selection")
6. A dialog opens showing all selected items across all folders

From this dialog, you can see which folder each item came from. Click OK to close the dialog and continue working with your selection.

Clearing your selection

To clear all selected items at once, click the X next to the selection count, or press ESC on your keyboard.

Good to know

• Your selection persists as you navigate between folders within the same library
• Switching to a different library (e.g., from Audio to Videos) clears your selection
• The action bar shows actions available for your current selection (Play All, Move, Delete, etc.)
