Contact Info: Your name and contact details
The Contact Info block displays your name, job title, email, phone, and website URL. Your contact information also appears at the bottom of the Biography block. You can set defaults in Reel Settings that pre-populate on every new reel, then override specific fields when needed.

Setting your defaults in Reel Settings
To save time, set your default contact information in Reel Settings ▸ Personal Information. Once saved, this information pre-populates the Contact Info block on every new reel you create.
The Contact Info section includes fields for:
- Name
- Job Title
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Website URL
Changes you make here will update all reels that are using your defaults. Reels where you've overridden the contact info won't be affected.
Using the Contact Info block in the Reel Builder
When you create or edit a reel, the Contact Info block displays your default information. You'll see a gray or orange alert box indicating whether defaults are being used.
Overriding contact information on a specific reel
To use different contact information on a specific reel:
- Check the Override contact information box
- Edit or remove any fields as needed
If you uncheck the Override box or don't make any changes, your defaults will be restored.
Saving new defaults from the Reel Builder
After overriding your contact info, you can save it as your new default by clicking Save as default. This updates your Reel Settings and applies to all future reels.
Common questions
Do I have to fill out all the fields?
No. All fields are optional. Leave any fields blank if you don't want them to appear on your reel.
Will changing my defaults update existing reels?
Yes, unless you've overridden the contact info on that reel. Reels using the default will update automatically.
Can I hide the Contact Info block entirely?
Yes. Click the eye icon in the upper right corner of the block to hide it from your reel.
