Setting default logo and headshot images

Don’t upload your logo and headshot every time you create a new reel! You can save time by setting your Design Defaults in Reel Settings.

To get started, click on the Reel Settings option in the left side menu and select the Design Defaults section. From there, you can upload your logo and headshot.

Default logo

Your default logo will appear in every Logo block you have set to visible on all your existing reels, unless you’ve opted to “override” the default logo with a custom image in the Reel Builder.

To upload a default logo, click the Choose Image button to open the image browser. You can upload a new image or choose a graphic that you’ve previously uploaded.

For horizontal logos, we recommend using a transparent PNG that is at least 560 pixels wide for the best result (for vertical logos, we recommend a transparent PNG that is at least 320 pixels tall) . For more information on optimizing your images, check out the related articles below.

Default headshot

Your default headshot will appear in every Biography block you have set to visible on all your existing reels, unless you’ve opted to “override” the default headshot with a custom image in the Reel Builder.

To upload a default headshot, click the Choose Image button to open the image browser. You can upload a new image or choose a graphic that you’ve previously uploaded.

We recommend using a JPG file that is at least 680 pixels for the best result. For more information on optimizing your images, check out the related articles below.

Updating your default images

If you want to make changes to your default logo or headshot in the future, upload the new image in the Design Defaults section of your Reel Settings. The changes will take effect immediately across all your reels that use the default image, saving you valuable time.

Whether you’ve gotten a new headshot or refreshed your logo design, updating your default images is a breeze. Rest assured that you will always be asked to confirm your default image changes before they take effect, so you can avoid any accidental updates.
