Representation: Your agents and managers
The Representation block displays contact information for your agent, manager, publicist, or other representatives. You manage your representatives in Reel Settings, then choose which ones to show on each reel.

Adding representatives in Reel Settings
Add your representatives in Reel Settings ▸ Representation. Click Add Rep to create a new entry.
For each representative, you can enter:
- Type: Agent, Manager, Publicist, Attorney, or custom
- Company name
- Contact name
- Phone
- Website
You can add multiple representatives of the same type (e.g., separate agents for different territories). 
Using the Representation block in the Reel Builder
When you create or edit a reel, the Representation block shows all the representatives you've saved in Reel Settings. By default, all representatives are deselected on new reels, so you'll need to choose which ones to display.
Selecting representatives to display
Check the box next to each representative you want to show on this reel. You can also use Select All or Deselect All to quickly toggle all entries.
Display position
The Representation block appears below your Biography block on the published reel. The representatives display in the order they're listed in Reel Settings.
Common questions
Why are all my reps deselected on new reels?
This is intentional. Not every reel needs representation info, so you choose which reps to include each time.
Can I reorder my representatives?
Yes. In Reel Settings ▸ Representation, drag the handle on the left side of each entry to reorder.
Can I show different contact info for the same rep on different reels?
There's no per-reel override for representation details. As a workaround, create a duplicate entry in Reel Settings with the alternate info, then select the appropriate one when building each reel.
Can I hide the Representation block entirely?
Yes. Click the eye icon in the upper right corner of the block to hide it from your reel.
