What Happens to Your Content After Cancellation
When you cancel your ReelCrafter subscription, your content is not deleted right away. This article explains what happens next and how long your content remains available.
While Your Subscription Is Active
Your account stays fully active until the end of your current billing period.
Nothing changes during this time.
After Your Billing Period Ends
Your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time:
- Your content is safe
- You can reactivate at any time
- Reels and share links remain offline
- Paid features remain unavailable
After 30 days, your content may be scheduled for deletion.
Email Notices You’ll Receive
We’ll notify you at key points:
- When you cancel: confirmation that cancellation is scheduled
- When your billing period ends: confirmation that your account is now canceled
- If deletion is scheduled:
- 7 days before deletion
- 1 day before deletion
These warnings give you time to reactivate if you want to keep your content.
How to Keep Your Content
You can reactivate anytime before deletion:
- Choose a paid plan (Starter or Professional)
Content is preserved immediately, and your grace period resets.
- Switch to the Free plan
Content is preserved, but Free accounts follow a separate inactivity policy.
If you cancel again later, the same 30-day timeline applies.
What Gets Deleted
If content is deleted, the following are removed permanently:
- All uploaded media
- All reels and configurations
- All share links
- All analytics
- All reel settings and preferences
Your login and basic account data remain, so you can start fresh anytime.
Deletion cannot be undone.
