Image detail page
The image detail page is where you manage an image: preview it at full size, see where it's used, and access actions like downloading or organizing. Click any image in your Image library to open its detail page.

Actions
At the top of the page you'll find the back button, the image name (click the pencil to edit), and actions you can take. If you don't see a specific action, check the three-dot menu.
Available actions:
- Preview full size: Open the full-resolution image in a new tab
- Download original: Download the image file you uploaded
- Move to folder: Organize the image into a folder
- Delete: Move the image to Trash

Tags
Below the image preview is the tag input. Add tags to organize your images and use them with Smart Folders. Type to search existing tags or create new ones. For more details, see Tags.
Information
The page shows where this image is used and technical details:
- Used in Reels: Lists all reels containing this image
- Image type: The file format (JPG, PNG, etc.)
- Created: When you uploaded the image
- Last updated: When the image was last modified
- Dimensions: Image width and height in pixels
- File size: How large the file is
Common questions
How can I see what reels my image is used in?
Check the "Used in Reels" section on the left side of the page.
Why can't I delete this image?
Images set as your default logo or headshot cannot be deleted. To delete the image, first choose a different default in Design Defaults, then return and delete it.
Where can I see which tags are on this image?
Tags appear below the image preview. You can add or remove tags there.
How do I use this image on a reel?
In the Reel Builder, you can use images in several blocks: Media Block, Image Gallery, Logo, Banner, Profile, and Biography. Select this image from your Image library when configuring the block. You can also set default images for logo and headshot in Design Defaults.
What size should my images be?
ReelCrafter automatically displays the best resolution for each viewer's screen. For recommended upload sizes, see Image size guidelines.
