How do I delete my account and data?

Canceling your subscription stops future billing but doesn't delete your content. If you want to fully delete your account and data, here's how.

Deleting your content

You have two options:

Option 1: Delete it yourself

1. Move your reels, audio, video, images, and files to the Trash
2. Go to Trash and click Empty trash

This permanently deletes your uploaded content.

Option 2: Email us

Email support@reelcrafter.com from your account email and ask us to delete your content. We'll handle it for you.

Removing your login

After your content is deleted, we can remove your login credentials. Email support@reelcrafter.com to request this.

What we retain

We keep basic billing records (invoices, transaction history) and your email address for accounting purposes and to manage trial eligibility for returning users.

• Delete account — Permanently removes your content and login. This can't be undone.
