Starter plan
$10/month or $100/year ($8.33/month).
Perfect for artists who pitch work occasionally and want to know when someone opens their reel.
Includes everything in Free, plus:
- 10 reels and share links
- Unlimited audio tracks
- 10 linked videos
- 10 embedded audio players
- Personalized URLs for reels
- Basic analytics (see when someone opens your link)
- 3 months of tracking data retention
Not included: Full play-by-play analytics, email notifications, password protection, link expiration, video uploads, metadata editing, original audio file downloads.
Professional plan
$25/month or $250/year ($20.83/month).
The full ReelCrafter experience. Unlimited everything, detailed analytics, and complete control over your share links.
Includes everything in Starter, plus:
- Unlimited reels, share links, and embedded players
- Unlimited linked videos
- 80 GB of direct video uploads
- Advanced analytics (see exactly what they played, how long, and in what order)
- Email notifications when someone views your reel
- 12 months of tracking data retention
- Password protection for share links
- Link expiration dates

Free trial
All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial of Professional features. No credit card required to start.
During your trial, you can:
- Create up to multiple reels and share links
- Upload up to 5 GB of video
- Try all Professional features (analytics, password protection, etc.)
At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits your needs.
Billing
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via Stripe. You can also pay with PayPal.
Changing your plan
Monthly plans: Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Annual plans: You can upgrade from Starter to Professional anytime and pay the difference. Downgrades are scheduled for your annual renewal date.
If you're downgrading, you may need to remove some reels, share links, or media to fit within your new plan's limits.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime from Account Settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to the Free plan.
Common questions
Which plan is right for me?
Free: You're just getting started and want to try ReelCrafter, or you only share work occasionally.
Starter: You pitch work regularly and want to know when someone opens your reel. Basic analytics (opens) is enough for you.
Professional: You want the full picture. You need to know exactly what they listened to, not just that they opened the link. You also want password protection, link expiration, and the ability to share original audio files.
What happens to my content if I downgrade?
Your content stays in your account, but you may need to remove some reels, share links, or media to fit within your new plan's limits. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes. Go to Account Settings and choose an annual plan. You'll be billed for the year immediately, and your new annual billing date starts from that day.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your current period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save you about 17% compared to monthly billing.
