Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your home base in ReelCrafter. What you see here depends on your plan.
Account Usage
This section appears for all plans and shows:
- Tracks uploaded
- Reels created
- Active Share Links
- Total storage used (Video, etc.)
Everyone—Free, Starter, and Professional—will see this section populated.
Recent Activity (Reel Analytics)
This section displays activity and analytics for your Reels. What you see here depends on your plan.
Professional Plan
Professional users see full Reel analytics, including:
- Activity for each Reel
- All Share Links associated with those Reels
- Sessions for each Share Link
- Start and end times for each session
- Approximate location and device used
- Detailed engagement data for each session, including:
- Plays
- Pauses
- Skips
- Replays
- Link clicks
- Downloads
- And more
- A complete event-by-event timeline
- Date range filters
- A “Hide sessions with no activity” toggle
Starter Plan
Starter users see a simplified version of Recent Activity, including:
- Reels with activity
- Share Links that have been opened
- Sessions generated from those opens
Session data on this plan is limited to:
- Open events only
- Basic session cards showing:
- Time the link was opened
- Approximate location
- Device type
Starter users do not see detailed engagement or event logs.
Free Plan
Free users see the Dashboard layout, but:
- No analytics or activity data is displayed
- The Recent Activity section will be empty
- And most importantly:
Analytics won’t appear on this plan, but Space Cat will. He believes in you.
Embedded Player Activity
If you’ve added a playlist to your website using an iframe embed, you’ll see Embedded Player Activity on your Dashboard. This shows how people interact with your embedded playlist outside of ReelCrafter.
Embedded Player Activity is available on both the Professional and Starter plans.
Users on these plans can see:
- Total plays on the embedded playlist
- A track-by-track breakdown of plays
- Date range filters (7, 30, 90 days or custom range)
- An option to reset embedded stats
