Audio Library: Managing your tracks

The Audio Library is where you store and organize all your audio tracks. From here you can play tracks, organize them into folders, and perform bulk actions on multiple tracks at once.

Playing tracks

Click the play button on any track to start playback. A player appears at the bottom of the screen. You can also select multiple tracks and choose Play all to queue them up.


Single-track actions

Click the 3-dot menu on any track to access these actions:

  • View details: Open the track's detail page to see metadata, lyrics, snippets, and where it's used
  • Share: Create a Quick Share link to send a single track
  • Replace file: Swap the audio file while keeping tag and reel placements
  • Download original: Download the original uploaded file
  • Normalize Audio: Adjust volume levels for consistent playback
  • Rename: Change the track name
  • Move to folder: Organize the track into a folder
  • Delete: Move the track to Trash

Bulk actions

Select multiple tracks using the checkboxes, then use the toolbar that appears to perform actions on all selected tracks at once:

  • Play all: Queue all selected tracks for playback
  • Share tracks as playlist: Create a new playlist from the selected tracks
  • Edit metadata: Update metadata for all selected tracks at once
  • Edit tags: Add or remove tags from all selected tracks
  • Rename: Rename multiple tracks at once
  • Move to folder: Move all selected tracks to a folder
  • Delete: Move all selected tracks to Trash

To select all tracks in the current view, click the checkbox in the header row.


Common questions

How do I select multiple tracks?

Click the checkbox on each track you want to select. To select a range, click the first track's checkbox, then hold Shift and click the last track's checkbox.

Can I edit metadata for multiple tracks at once?

Yes. Select the tracks, then click Edit metadata in the toolbar. Changes apply to all selected tracks.

What happens when I delete a track?

The track moves to Trash and is immediately removed from all reels and embedded players. Snippets made from the track are also removed. You can restore tracks from Trash within 30 days.

How do I find tracks used in a specific reel?

Open the reel's detail page and check the Media tab. Or use Global Search to search by track name.
